My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Palenque ruins and the surrounding jungle, the rooms left a lot to be desired with a damp and unwelcoming vibe. The staff could be helpful but weren't particularly friendly, and I had issues with dining arrangements that added to my frustration. Overall, I got the feeling this place is due for some improvements.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, right in the jungle and close to the Palenque ruins, the experience was marred by the room condition and service issues.
