Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Palenque ruins and the surrounding jungle, the rooms left a lot to be desired with a damp and unwelcoming vibe. The staff could be helpful but weren't particularly friendly, and I had issues with dining arrangements that added to my frustration. Overall, I got the feeling this place is due for some improvements.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it’s conveniently located near the archeological site of Palenque, which made exploring super easy. The rooms had basic amenities but felt a bit dated. The service was friendly, but there was a language barrier that made communication tough at times. While the dining was decent, I think it could be improved in value for money. Overall, it’s a good option if you prioritize location over luxury.
My stay was less than ideal, primarily due to the condition of the rooms, which felt eerie and unwelcoming with stains and mildew. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and eventually helped me find a room without issues. The location was great for visiting the nearby ruins, making it somewhat redeeming. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing, particularly during dinner. Overall, for the price, I expected much better accommodations.
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel was nestled in the jungle, which gave it a unique charm and proximity to the Zona Arqueológica, making it a great location for exploring the Palenque ruins. However, the rooms left much to be desired with issues like dampness and cleanliness. While the staff initially seemed unhelpful, things eventually improved. Dining options were limited, and service at the restaurant could use some improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, right in the jungle and close to the Palenque ruins, the experience was marred by the room condition and service issues. The room felt damp and lacked charm, with various maintenance problems that really needed addressing. The service wasn’t very welcoming either, which made things a bit uncomfortable. However, the lush surroundings and proximity to local attractions were definite highlights.
